It’s interesting that people are advertising these to be worth it because they’re close to amazing schools. If you’ve driven in the area you’d see signs from City of Toronto that say that the schools are filled and your kid is probably getting bussed somewhere else.
Whatever, it has two fireplaces. And as the person who sent this in to me notes, it also comes with a garage door opener. Can’t beat that deal!
People seem to have enjoyed when I compared a crazy listing to another one elsewhere, so here’s an awesome house in Beverly Hills (I think you know where Beverly Hills is) for $100,000.00 LESS than the North York back split.
